We are committed to providing lingerie products of good quality to you, our customers. However we are only human, and if you should receive a faulty product, we will either exchange it or refund your purchase by crediting the account you used for your original purchase. In the case of an article of clothing being faulty, the postage will be on us. If however, you have ordered a wrong size, you must foot the bill for the postage and we will gladly exchange your product. Please refer to our Size Chart to minimise mistakes.

PRICING AND TAXES:

All prices are in NZ dollars (NZ$) and include GST for New Zealand Customers.

DELIVERY:

As our goods are made to order, please allow 28 days for delivery, however under normal circumstances we would expect a 14 day turnaround. Delivery within New Zealand is by NZ Courier Post and will usually be on the same day the goods are despatched. Listed below are International delivery times via NZ Post International Air. All parcels are insured. Australia 3 - 6 days South Pacific 3 - 10 days East Asia and North America 4 - 10 days UK and Europe 4 - 10 days

However, you may choose to pay by cheque or money order if you prefer. These must be in New Zealand dollars and be made payable to Anythng Go's.

Please mail cheques to Anything Go's Lingerie, 39 Neilson Street, Onehunga, Auckland, New Zealand, together with a printout of the email confirmation you received when you placed your order.

This will contain the details we require in order to process your cheque / money order.
